?Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage to the materials transfers to the customer upon delivery at the specified site.
?Inspection upon Arrival: Customers must inspect all delivered materials before signing the delivery challan/receipt. Any discrepancies in quantity or visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery driver and recorded on the receipt.
?6. Refunds and Cancellations

?7. Limitation of Liability
?Pranjal Construction shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, site labor costs, or improper handling/use of materials after delivery.

2. Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on material availability and site location.
Bulk or Custom Orders: Materials requiring special transport (such as ready-mix concrete or heavy aggregate loads) may take 3 to 5 business days. Delivery schedules will be communicated to you by our logistics team.
3. Site Access and Unloading
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery location has a clear, wide, and safe pathway accessible for heavy vehicles (trucks/tippers).
Unloading Conditions: Unless explicitly agreed upon during order placement, standard transport charges cover vehicle transit to the site only. Unloading labor or equipment must be arranged by the customer at the site.
Site Delays: If the delivery vehicle is held at the site for an unreasonable amount of time due to restricted entry or lack of unloading arrangements, additional holding charges may apply.
